Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   • Every registered user is assigned a unique referral code.
   • The referral program is available only for genuine users with active accounts.
2. Referral Discount
   • A new user signing up using a valid referral code will receive 20% discount on their first purchase.
   • The referral code must be applied during signup. It cannot be added retrospectively.
3. Referral Reward
   • The referring user will receive a referral commission equal to the discount provided to the referred user on their first successful purchase.
   • The referral commission will be credited only after the payment is successfully received and the refund period (if applicable) has expired.
4. Renewal Commission
   • The referring user will earn 10% commission on every successful renewal payment made by the referred user for a period of 5 years from the referred user’s first purchase.
   • Commission is calculated on the actual amount paid after applying any discounts, credits, taxes, or promotional offers.
5. Redemption of Referral Earnings
   • Referral earnings may be used towards the renewal of your company or subscription.
   • Bank withdrawal requests are permitted only when the total available referral balance is ₹10,000 or more.
   • Withdrawal requests may require identity and bank account verification.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
   • If a referred user’s purchase is refunded, cancelled, reversed, or disputed, the corresponding referral commission will not be credited or may be reversed if already credited.
7. Self-Referrals
   • Users are strictly prohibited from referring themselves by creating multiple accounts or using alternate identities.
   • Any attempt to abuse the referral program through duplicate accounts, fake registrations, or fraudulent transactions may result in cancellation of all referral earnings and suspension or termination of the involved accounts.
8. Fraud Prevention
   • We reserve the right to review, withhold, reverse, or cancel referral commissions if we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse, abuse of the referral program, or violation of these terms.
   • Our decision regarding the validity of referrals shall be final.
9. Referral Code Usage
   • Referral codes may be shared through personal or professional networks.
   • Referral codes must not be promoted through spam, misleading advertisements, unauthorized paid campaigns, coupon websites, or any activity that violates applicable laws or our platform policies.
10. Non-Transferable
    • Referral earnings have no cash value until approved for withdrawal.
    • Referral balances cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, or gifted to another user.
11. Taxes
    • Users are solely responsible for any taxes or statutory obligations arising from referral earnings under applicable laws.
12. Program Changes
    • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program, including commission rates, eligibility criteria, redemption rules, or these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
    • Any changes will not affect referral commissions already validly earned before the effective date of the change unless required to prevent fraud or comply with applicable law.
13. Final Decision
    • All decisions relating to referral eligibility, commission calculation, fraud detection, and payout approval shall be made solely by the Company and shall be final and binding.
